Erick Verdejo brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate and lending industry, offering a well-rounded background that includes title work, loan processing, legal support, and homebuyer education. He began his career in 2002 as a licensed title agent and has worked in various roles, including loan processor and paralegal representing lenders and HOAs in foreclosure cases.

From 2016 to 2023, Erick volunteered as an instructor for Down Payment Assistance (DPA) classes, helping first-time homebuyers better understand the financing process and empowering them to achieve homeownership.

In his current role as Operations Specialist, Erick supports all types of residential & Commercial loans and is known for his persistence and problem-solving mindset. He believes that no loan is too small or too complex, and he approaches every file with a "never give up" attitude.

Based in Bradenton, Florida, Erick works with clients across the state, with a special focus on Bradenton and St. Petersburg. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, making him a valuable resource for a diverse range of clients.
